JOYFUL HEART HEALING

Joyful Heart Healing is a multi-dimensional process intuitively guided by Lisa in order to help you process deeply held traumas and emotional issues. It can include Acupuncture, Past Life Regression, Guided Imagery, TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), and Aromatherapy. Nutritional recommendations and supplements may be suggested to enhance and support the process.

According to Belleruth Naparstek (a psychotherapist, author, and innovator in the use of Guided Imagery for trauma survivors), Post-Traumatic Stress may be more pervasive than previously thought.  Recent research in how the brain functions demonstrates that repetitive talk and cathartic therapies may actually imprint painful memories deeper, making them more difficult to release. 

At an energetic level, trauma tends to attract more trauma. Physically in our bodies, it can disrupt the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis (which regulates all of our life's functions).
